Why Isn't Inventory Online?

Is There a Warranty?

Since we buy and trade items every day, our inventory is always changing and things can sell fast. To get the most accurate availability, it’s best to give us a call or stop by the shop.
You can return an item, but it is Exchange ONLY! You can either trade it out for a different item or get store credit. We are not able to do refunds in cash or by card. So it's Exchange Only!
Yes, the warranty is EXCHANGE ONLY! You get a 7-day warranty on any video games you buy, and a 30-day warranty on any hardware like consoles, controllers, cables, etc.
Do you Ship?
We ship games, consoles, and accessories so you can still get what you’re looking for. Just give us a call or send us a message to check availability and shipping options.
Do you Buy, Sell, or Trade?
We do buy items! We can do cash offers or 10% more in-store credit. We do have to see any items in store before giving you a price or offer, it is store policy.
Do You Have Any Events/Sales?
We have a monthly event with a Spin the Wheel and a Pokémon distribution. We also have a once-a-year Customer Appreciation. We also have sales during the holidays, starting after Thanksgiving, all the way up to Christmas. To learn more about events, please click Here!
